WHAT SEPARATES THE PERFORMANCE LAB SPEED DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM?
1. Objective Improvement Guaranteed: During each session there is dedicated time spent specifically addressing the technique of sprinting. Whether on the curve treadmill, using the freelap timing gate or measuring jumping height/distance. Athletes will be expected to constantly push their limits to improve in every key area of performance (speed, power, strength, endurance, acceleration, etc.)
2. Access To Training Outside Of Workouts: While we strongly advocate for proper rest and recovery. There are also times being able to get some additional drills, core workouts or mobility training sessions in. When you sign up for our 5 pack class you will also get access to our application with everything included to take your speed to the next level!
3. Custom Nutrition Programming: It is estimated that about 80% of overall fitness is determined by your diet. Many athletes are not able to get to maximize their workouts and performance simply because they are not putting the right fuel in their body. When signing up for our training you will also get access to a customizable nutrition plan where you can get meals that fit your goals and needs.
4. Highly Motivated And Competitive Environment: I am a big believer that the environment you are around has a huge impact on your future. Therefore, part of the assessment is our own vetting process to make sure you are the right fit.
